Our smaller size actually enables us to draw from a wider pool of candidates. Unlike many of the larger executive search firms, we’re not limited by contracts with client hospitals that render so many excellent candidates “off-limits”. This frees us to recruit the most qualified and suitable individuals for each position.

The difference is in our relationships. Although we recruit from a wide pool of candidates, we work with a limited number of client organizations at any given time. This lets us take a more hands-on approach.
