Prior to joining the Desir Group as an Executive Search Consultant, Juanita Grimes-Diaz was the President of JG Industries, Inc., a company which she grew to $10M in revenues. She counted among her clients Hewlett Packard, Micron Technology and the U.S. Department of Defense. Hands on working relationship with small and Fortune 500 companies afforded Juanita unique insight to their operations - as clients and vendors.

Juanita’s executive management skills were also applied to organizational strategy development and execution of recruitment, training and proper deployment of 170 employees including engineers, technicians and senior level management. She consistently aligned human resources strategy with business goals and achieved significant improvements in key business areas of revenue enhancements, decrease in employee turnover and increased productivity and efficiency.

Juanita also manages our Tampa Florida office. She is known as a strong, innovative leader who drives her team to excel, consistently focusing on the desired outcome balanced by a sincere concern for the community in which she works. Proficient in English and Spanish, Juanita’s strong operational experience coupled with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills make her an ideal consultant to partner with health care leaders attempting to diversify and enhance their staffing in this ever increasing multi-cultural work place.

Juanita received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Atlantic Union College.
